Job description

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a data-related IT role (fresh graduates with strong technical portfolios in AI/Data are welcome to apply).

Core Technical Skills:

Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, and projectors).

Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipeline concepts.

Solid understanding of core networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DHCP, Routing, and Firewalls).

Hands-on expertise in MikroTik configuration and management.

Basic understanding or hands-on experience with AI tools, machine learning frameworks, or data processing libraries (e.g., Python, Pandas, or AI API integrations).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, adaptability to fast-evolving technologies, and excellent collaborative skills to work across IT and data analytics teams.
