Job summary

Sekolah Pelita Harapan is seeking an IT Support specialist to deliver level 1 and 2 support for hardware, network, and software across the campus. You will assist staff, teachers, and students via the IT ticketing system and perform routine maintenance of campus IT infrastructure.

The role also includes IT inventory management and supporting campus events. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in IT and at least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT (Computer Science or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong knowledge of network basics and common hardware peripherals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 IT support for hardware, network, and software.

Job description

Acting as level 1 & level 2 support for all problems & requests coming from IT Ticketing systems*.

Provide technical assistance for all IT Services at campus (Hardware, Network, and Software) Staff/Teachers/Students.

Perform maintenance routine activities for the entire IT infrastructure campus according to a predetermined schedule. And can manage team play with third parties when needed.

Always involved in providing IT support for all events on campus related to responsibilities.

Administer and troubleshoot for basic operations on Microsoft 365 to assist users with campus problems.

Ensure all administrative activities related to IT inventory are always managed.

Provide data, analysis, and input to superiors related to budget expenditure planning related to IT needs.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT (Computer Science or related field).

Minimum 1-year experience in the same field. Fresh graduates are still welcome.

Have experience and basic knowledge related to everything in the network.

Experienced and has a high level of knowledge of commonly used hardware: workstations (PC & Apple Products) and IT peripherals (Printer, Projector, Panels, etc).

Having experience and an in-depth understanding of basic administration operations on collaboration platforms Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Strong oral communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple language.

Having Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
