Job summary

PT HGT Services Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to manage and archive project documents, contracts, and SPKs, while tracking timelines and maintaining calendars. You will act as the central liaison between IT teams, vendors, and clients, coordinate procurement of hardware and software, and assist in IT asset deployment.

• Minimum Associate or Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English active (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise smoothly between non-technical management and technical engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and archive IT project documents, contracts, SPKs, and others.
• Track project timelines, update schedules, and maintain project calendars.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and flag delays to the team.
