Job Description :

• 1. Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving a variety of hardware and software issues
• 2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
• 3. Assist with the implementation and management of IT policies and procedures
• 4. Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
• 5. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address any IT-related problems or bottlenecks
• 6. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all support activities
• 7. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• 8. Can create, use, and maintain a relevant applications to support the company's operational activities

Requirement :

• 1. Must possess S1 Information Technology or relevant field
• 2. Have an experience in a similar IT role min. 1-2 years
• 3. Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and database management
• 4. Proficiency in using various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
• 5. Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN technologies
• 6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
• 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users at all levels
• 8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
