Qualifications

1–2 years in IT role.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN.
Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Assist with IT policies and procedures implementation.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Collaborate with IT team to resolve IT-related problems.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities.
Stay up-to-date with latest IT trends and technologies.
Create, use, and maintain relevant applications to support operations.
