Job summary

PT Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) mencari kandidat untuk mendukung produksi dan kinerja aplikasi. Peran ini melibatkan komunikasi efektif dengan pihak terkait dan analisis dampak setiap perubahan yang diajukan untuk lingkungan IT perusahaan.

Posisi ini bersifat on-site di Jakarta dan menuntut pemahaman mendalam tentang modul SAP serta kemampuan analitis yang baik untuk berkolaborasi dengan manajer proyek serta tim lintas fungsi.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Teknologi Informasi/Sistem Informasi/Ilmu Komputer atau jurusan terkait.
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang modul SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/HR/BASIS/ABAP atau SAP Modul lainnya.
• Kapasitas analitis yang sangat baik.
• Keterampilan komunikasi yang kuat untuk berinteraksi dengan manajer proyek dan tim lintas fungsi.
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang proses bisnis.
• Pengalaman 1–5 tahun di posisi terkait.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan produksi support, baik untuk kinerja aplikasi maupun lingkungan aplikasi.
• Memastikan kinerja layanan dukungan untuk memenuhi target yang ditetapkan.
• Berkomunikasi dengan peminta/melaporkan insiden di semua Divisi/Unit Bisnis yang dilayani.
• Memberikan masukan analisis dampak perubahan untuk setiap permintaan perubahan baru.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Conduct production support, both for managing application performance and managing application environment.
• Ensure support service performance to meet the defined targets.
• Communicate with requestor and/or incident reporter in all served Division/Business Units.
• Provide change impact analysis input for any new change request

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/any related major.
• Having knowledge in SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/HR/BASIS/ABAP/other SAP Module
• Excellent analytical skill
• Strong communication skills to interact with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Having knowledge in business process.
• Minimum 1-5 years in related position.
