Job summary

PT Orange Inovasi Digital in South Jakarta is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead projects from planning through implementation, ensuring scope, timeline, and deliverables are met.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to align technical work with business requirements, monitor backend systems, APIs, and integrations, and track risks and actions throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE or related field.
• 4–5 years in IT project management, IT PMO, or related role.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, system integration, databases, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT projects from planning through implementation to meet scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders for alignment.
• Understand and monitor backend systems, APIs, and data dependencies.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions; coordinate resolution.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare status updates, and maintain project documentation.
• Support resource planning and prioritization across multiple IT initiatives.
• Ensure projects follow established PM processes, standards, and governance.

Working Arrangement: Full WFO (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

Manage and monitor IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring scope, timeline, and deliverables are achieved

Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business requirements

Understand and monitor backend systems, APIs, system integrations, databases, and technical dependencies throughout the project lifecycle

Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders

Facilitate project meetings, prepare project status updates, and maintain project documentation and reports

Support resource planning, project prioritization, and coordination across multiple IT initiatives

Ensure IT projects follow established project management processes, standards, and governance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field

Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, IT PMO, Technical Project Management, or related role

Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, system integration, databases, and software development lifecycle

Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate technical matters into project requirements and action plans

Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Experience handling HRIS or HR-related technology projects is a plus
