Job summary

Glints is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager STO to join our team in Central Jakarta. You will manage strategic technology initiatives across the organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in PMO or project management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT projects ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Track project costs and ensure activities stay within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with business users, PMs, Team Leads and stakeholders to minimize risks.
• Monitor progress and identify delays, risks, and issues proactively.
• Support resource planning and timely renewal of contracts to ensure continuity.
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and governance.
• Communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local and international IT vendors and partners.

Working Arrangement: Onsite – Central Jakarta

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager STO to join a leading organization in the insurance industry. In this role, you will support and manage the execution of strategic and technology initiatives across the organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the agreed scope.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external technology partners to ensure smooth project delivery and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor ongoing IT projects to ensure delivery according to agreed timelines, scope, and requirements.
• Track project costs and ensure activities remain within the approved budget.
• Coordinate effectively with business users, Project Managers, Team Leads, and internal stakeholders to minimize miscommunication and project risks.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays, risks, and issues.
• Support resource planning and follow up on upcoming contract expirations to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure project activities follow established project management processes and governance.
• Support project delivery, acceptance, and documentation processes.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with local and international IT vendors and technology partners.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience managing projects using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in PMO or project management within a fast-paced business environment.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery processes.
• Good understanding of project management principles, frameworks, and governance.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills.
• Assertive, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable presenting project updates to senior stakeholders and large groups.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

The following certifications would be an advantage:

• PMP / PMI
• PRINCE2
• Business or insurance-related certification such as FLMI / LOMA
