Job summary

AMARTEK di Jakarta Pusat mencari Manajer Proyek IT berpengalaman untuk memimpin inisiatif IT dari perencanaan hingga penyampaian. Peran ini melibatkan koordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, tim teknis, vendor, dan manajemen risiko dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis melalui kontrak kerja.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di IT, Ilmu Komputer, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 7+ tahun dalam IT Project Management, sebaiknya mengelola proyek teknologi kompleks.
• Pengetahuan kuat tentang Agile, Scrum, dan/atau Waterfall.
• Keterampilan perencanaan proyek, manajemen risiko, manajemen pemangku kepentingan, dan pemecahan masalah.
• Keterampilan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, negosiasi, dan organisasi yang sangat baik.
• Pengalaman mengelola tim lintas fungsi dan beberapa proyek terbukti.
• Mampu bekerja dengan pemangku kepentingan senior dan mengarahkan proyek di lingkungan cepat.
• Pengalaman di proyek keuangan menjadi nilai tambah, khususnya akuntansi keuangan/MSA/sistem keuangan.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin proyek TI end-to-end dari perencanaan hingga penyampaian yang sukses.
• Menentukan ruang lingkup, jadwal, milestone, deliverables, dan kriteria sukses.
• Mengelola sumber daya proyek, anggaran, risiko, isu, dan dependensi.
• Berkolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan bisnis, tim TI, vendor, dan tim lintas fungsi.
• Memantau kemajuan proyek dan memastikan penyampaian tepat waktu, sesuai ruang lingkup, dan anggaran.
• Mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi risiko proyek serta menyelesaikan masalah secara proaktif.
• Memastikan tata kelola proyek, dokumentasi, pelaporan, dan komunikasi dengan pemangku kepentingan.
• Mendorong peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam penyampaian proyek dan proses manajemen.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning and execution through to successful delivery.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Manage project resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues.

• Ensure proper project governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and management processes.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably managing complex technology projects.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and driving projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in financial-related projects is a strong plus, particularly in Financial Accounting, MSA (Management System Accounting), or finance/accounting systems.
