Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Singa Fintech) is seeking an experienced IT Manager to strengthen engineering management, oversee IT project delivery, and align technology initiatives with business goals as the platform scales.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, IT Operations, Product, and Business units, promote Agile practices, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance in fintech environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering management or technical project leadership.
• Experience in Fintech, Banking, or high-growth startups preferred.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to strengthen our engineering management and ensure seamless delivery of technology projects as our platform continues to grow. In this role, you will oversee IT project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, and serve as a key bridge between Engineering, QA, IT Operations, Product, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Process Management

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, from planning through delivery and release.
• Lead sprint execution and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive effective Agile/Scrum practices and continuously improve team velocity and delivery processes.
• Identify and resolve project bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.

2. Cross-Functional Team Leadership

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities across Engineering, QA, and IT Operations teams.
• Work closely with Team Leads, Developers, QA, IT Support, IT Admin, and DevOps to ensure effective execution.
• Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and project objectives.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary operational bridge between technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX, BI Analysts, and the Head of IT.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear technical execution plans.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

4. Quality & Risk Management

• Ensure technical deliverables meet established quality standards and requirements.
• Work with QA teams to ensure appropriate testing and release readiness.
• Coordinate with IT Operations and DevOps to maintain infrastructure availability and operational readiness.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project, delivery, and operational risks.

5. IT Governance & Compliance

• Support the Head of IT in implementing IT governance frameworks and engineering best practices.
• Help ensure technology processes and practices are aligned with applicable Fintech regulatory requirements, including OJK and Bank Indonesia guidelines.
• Promote effective documentation, controls, and processes across IT functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering management, IT leadership, technical project management, or a similar role.
• Experience in Fintech, Banking, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.
• Strong track record in project delivery, Agile/Scrum execution, and end-to-end software release management.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, including Engineering, QA, and IT Operations/DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA processes, and basic IT infrastructure/DevOps workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Product, BI, Business, and other cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Fintech or Banking.
• Familiarity with financial industry regulatory standards, particularly OJK and Bank Indonesia.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
