Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage IT projects from planning through delivery in Jakarta.

You will align with business users, developers, IT teams, and vendors to ensure milestones, timelines, and budgets are met, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and status reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO, Junior PM, IT Project Officer, or related IT role.
• Experience in IT project implementation and/or software development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.

• Maintain project documentation including plans, minutes, logs, and closure docs.
• Help ensure delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and requirements.

• Manage and coordinate IT projects from planning, execution, and monitoring through project completion.

• Coordinate with Business Users, Developers, IT Teams, Vendors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to plan.
• Monitor project progress, scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Identify and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in determining appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed according to the agreed timeline and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, progress updates, and follow-up on action items with relevant teams.
• Prepare and regularly update project status reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure proper maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, progress reports, risk/issue logs, and project closure documents.
• Help ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, quality, and requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Management Officer (PMO), Junior Project Manager, IT Project Officer, or a related role within the IT industry.
• Experience in IT project implementation and/or software development projects.
• Good understanding of Project Management fundamentals, including scope, timeline, milestones, risks, issues, resources, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Good ability to prepare project documentation and reports.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
