PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. seeks a seasoned IT Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of IT initiatives within the banking sector.

You will supervise plans, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams across development, testing, and production readiness. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong SDLC knowledge in waterfall and agile, and superior communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience, with 3–4 years as an IT Project Manager in Banking/Finance.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile).
• Strong logical analysis and self-learning ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Work Planning, Scope, Resource, Risk/Issue, Quality, and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tasks for a portfolio of IT initiatives to meet quality, time and budget goals.
• Supervise, monitor and control project processes at each development stage.
• Coordinate resources, budgets, timelines and team responsibilities to achieve objectives.
• Actively manage project risks and issues and report to management as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Job description

• Responsible for managing project tasks/activities for a Portfolio of Project and/or Non-Project IT Initiatives with low-to-medium scope complexity and budget size, to ensure compliance with plans and meet defined quality standards (on time, within scope and on budget constraints).
• Responsible for ensuring Project/Non-Project implementation meets objectives and timelines by supervising, monitoring, and controlling the completeness and accuracy of all processes at each development and Project/Non-Project stage, including identifying and mitigating issues, controlling, and evaluating Project/Non-Project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage resource planning, budgets, timelines, task allocation, and project team responsibilities to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Actively manage a plan and project risks and issues.
• Coordinate the project team by communicating Project/Non-Project development analysis to relevant units (users and vendors) and progress on the development work.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties in Project/Non-Project implementation, including testing and preparation for migration to a production environment.
• Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to project team members as needed, to ensure accountability and positive action on delegated tasks.

Requirement

• Have at least bachelor's degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 5 years working experience, with at least 3-4 years as an IT Project Manager, preferably in Banking or Financial Institution.
• Have knowledge and experience in SDLC (waterfall, agile).
• Strong on logical analysis, a good self-learner.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good to Excellent skills in Work Planning, Scope Management, Resource Management, Risk/Issue Management, Quality Management, and Change Management.
• Have knowledge on software development or IT technical knowledge will be advantageous.
