Job summary

PT Allo Bank Indonesia, Tbk is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT initiatives within our banking organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, plan detailed schedules, and drive projects from initiation to closure.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of IT project management experience, knowledge of SDLC and Agile, and proficiency with MS Project or Jira. Banking domain experience is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years IT project management experience.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Experience managing software development projects is a plus.
• Solid understanding of PM methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with banking systems and processes desirable.
• Proficiency with PM software (MS Project/Jira).
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Assist in creating detailed project plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Project Execution: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to implement IT projects according to plan. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively address any issues that may arise.

Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation and optimization to ensure project requirements are met effectively. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments. Communicate project status, risks, and issues in a clear and concise manner, and actively engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables. Regularly assess project risks and implement appropriate strategies to address them.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks, collaborate with testing teams, and implement necessary corrective actions to maintain project integrity.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, achievements, and lessons learned.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of project management practices. Share lessons learned from previous projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness in future endeavors.

Requirements

Education: Preferable Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) are desirable.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Experience in managing software development projects is a plus.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Familiarity with banking systems and processes is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to analyze project requirements, identify risks, and propose effective solutions.
