PT Altama Surya Anugerah in Jakarta is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, manage, and monitor critical IT initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, apply Scrum/Agile practices, and provide regular progress reports. A bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience are required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and project planning tools.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile project management.
• Understanding of business processes and RDBMS knowledge is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Plan, manage, and monitor IT projects to ensure delivery according to the agreed timeline, budget, and specifications.

Develop project work plans covering technical requirements, timelines, administration, and budget.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, project teams, management, and external parties such as vendors.

Supervise project operations and monitor progress to ensure projects remain on track.

Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

Manage and monitor team performance to ensure project targets and deliverables are achieved.

Prepare and communicate regular project progress reports, both verbally and in writing.

Control and approve project expenditures in accordance with the allocated budget.

Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

Good understanding of project management tools, particularly Microsoft Project.

Familiarity with Scrum methodology and Agile project management.

Understanding of business processes is an advantage.

Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple project priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
