Job summary

Blibli.com is seeking a Product Manager for Warehouse Management System (WMS) to own the product roadmap and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer value. You will collaborate with Warehouse Ops, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Logistics to capture detailed requirements and translate them into actionable PRDs and user stories.

The role requires 5-6 years in product management, with proven WMS experience and strong documentation skills in English.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in WMS, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Omnichannel Ops.
• Proven experience owning or managing WMS products and functionalities.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to produce PRDs, workflows, maps, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the WMS product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements from Operations, Fulfillment, and Logistics stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable WMS solutions across inventory, inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, and stock movement.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying process gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives including Cold Storage WMS, fulfillment center expansion, and omnichannel ops.
• Act as liaison between business users and tech teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Provide timely support to operational issues, identifying root causes and preventive actions.

• Partner closely with Engineering teams to deliver scalable warehouse management solutions across inventory, inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, stock transfer, and fulfillment processes.
• Drive continuous improvements across warehouse operations by identifying process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives including Cold Storage WMS, fulfillment center expansion, omnichannel warehouse operations, and inventory management enhancements.
• Act as the key product liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring operational requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Provide timely support and response to operational issues, working closely with stakeholders to identify root causes and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Omnichannel Operations environments.
• Proven experience owning or managing Warehouse Management System (WMS) products and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and stock movement processes.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex business requirements from multiple operational stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce structured PRDs, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Ability to balance business needs, operational requirements, and technical constraints when making product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
