SIRCLO, based in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking an operations professional to evaluate vendor performance, analyze inbound/outbound metrics, and drive improvements. You will communicate with management, staff, and partners to ensure smooth operations and delivery compliance.

The role focuses on problem resolution, maintaining company values, and contributing to budget and policy development. This position requires initiative, teamwork, and strong analytical skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information System, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• Honest with integrity and good attitude
• Highly initiative and self-driven
• Team player with results-driven mindset and problem solving skills
• Have more than 2 years of experience in related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

• Willing to work at SIRCLO’s Warehouse in Tangerang
