Job summary

PT Daya Alam Surya is seeking a Junior to Mid IT & Operations Staff to own and manage IT systems, infrastructure, and platforms, while supporting Operations tasks when IT workloads are light. Based in North Jakarta, you will report to the Operations Manager and coordinate with the Director on security and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 1–3 years IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration experience
• Solid Microsoft 365 administration knowledge: user management, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive
• Windows-based PC setup and troubleshooting; basic macOS knowledge a plus
• Experience managing user accounts, access controls, and passwords across platforms
• Attention to detail, self-discipline, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English for technical docs

Responsibilities

• Own and manage IT systems, infrastructure, and platforms across the company
• Provide first-line IT support to staff and escalate to vendors when needed
• Set up, configure, and maintain staff computers (Windows/macOS)
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
• Maintain access-level configurations per Director's direction
• Set up and manage office phones and internal extensions
• Configure and maintain office Wi‑Fi and networking equipment
• Support third-party platforms (CRM Zoho, cloud storage, SaaS tools)
• Develop and enforce basic IT policy and asset register
• Assist Operations with stock, procurement documentation, and admin tasks
• Help with logistics and SharePoint document management
• Carry out other operations tasks as assigned
