Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, preferably in IT administration.
• Basic knowledge of document management, IT asset management, and finance/accounting administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with familiarity in digital document management and asset management systems.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsive, and disciplined, with good communication and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• IT Asset Administration: Maintain IT asset records, perform asset tagging and distribution, and prepare supporting documentation for asset audits.
• IT Document Management: Manage IT documentation, including document filing, software licenses, SOPs, and supporting documents for IT audits.
• IT Invoice & Payment Processing: Verify vendor invoices against POs and process routine IT payment requests, including internet subscriptions, cloud licenses, and other vendor services.
• IT Ticketing Administration: Monitor, categorize, and elevate helpdesk tickets, prepare ticket resolution reports, and coordinate with vendors for further support.
