Responsibilities include stock takes, coordinating procurement and maintenance, and producing regular asset reports to support cost efficiency. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in related roles are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the company's IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, and other supporting equipment.
• Ensure that asset data is accurately recorded and documented within the asset management system.
• Monitor the IT asset lifecycle from procurement through to disposal.
• Conduct periodic stock takes and asset audits.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding procurement, distribution, return, and maintenance of IT assets.
• Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with their usage.
• Prepare regular asset reports and supporting documentation.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing IT asset management and improving cost efficiency.
