Job summary

INTIKOM BERLIAN MUSTIKA in Jakarta seeks an IT Governance Analyst to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance functions. You will review governance and control documents, assess risks, and support audit activities by coordinating evidence and QA reviews.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience in IT governance, risk management, IT control or IT audit, and strong analytical and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, IT Control, IT Audit, IT Compliance or related field.
• Experience in reviewing IT governance documentation, access control matrices, security hardening documentation and monitoring controls.
• Familiarity with IT risk management processes, including risk events, RCSA, risk mitigation and action plan monitoring.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits, including audit evidence preparation, data coordination and follow-up of audit findings.
• Strong analytical, documentation, reporting and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with IT teams, risk and compliance functions, auditors and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Reviewed IT governance and control documents (UAM, SAM, Hardening, Monitoring Matrix) to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Assessed IT documentation, including SOPs, BRDs, UAM, and internal policies.
• Monitored IT risk management activities, including RCSA, risk issues, and mitigation plans.
• Supported internal and external audits by coordinating evidence, data requests, and QA reviews.
• Tracked corrective action plans and escalated unresolved risks and compliance issues.
• Prepared governance, risk, audit, and operational reports while coordinating with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
