Job summary

PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra10) in Bandung is seeking a daily IT support specialist to assist store operations with essential IT services. You will provide hands-on support for software and hardware, ensuring smooth store operations and timely problem resolution.

The role involves installing and troubleshooting software (including antivirus), maintaining hardware such as PCs, printers, and POS devices, and supporting LAN/Wi‑Fi networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related IT field.
• Good knowledge of Software Installation, Infrastructure, Networking, Hardware and Server Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for store operations.
• Handle software installation and troubleshooting, including antivirus.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, POS) and related devices.
• Support basic networking (LAN and Wi‑Fi) and assist store users.
• Provide basic monitoring and support for Windows Server.
• Record and report IT issues and activities.
• Coordinate with Head Office IT team or vendors when needed.
