ALTO Network is seeking an IT NOC / System Engineer to maintain and monitor our application services and infrastructure in Indonesia. You will manage Linux systems, handle network resources, and ensure reliable alerts and incident response.

You will work with Grafana, PRTG, Kibana, and Datadog to track performance and troubleshoot issues, including firewall and VPN related tasks, to keep services available and secure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT NOC / System Engineer or similar position (min 1 year).
• Experience with Linux administration.
• Knowledge of networking (switching, routing, firewall, load balancing).
• Experience with monitoring tools: Grafana, PRTG, Kibana, Datadog.
• Experience with NGFW firewall: Fortigate and Sangfor.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and check application service and infrastructure alerts.
• Evaluate applications/services, capacity, infra & network performance.
• Handle incident tickets related to applications and infrastructure.
• Create reports on server & network resources and performance.
• Coordinate within teams to resolve incidents and implement quick workarounds.
