Adecco is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead in Jakarta to oversee daily network and IT operations, ensuring system reliability and security across the organization.

You will lead Network Infrastructure and IT Infrastructure teams, drive 24/7 operations, manage incidents, plan capacity, and guide ERP development and in-house integration with internal stakeholders and developers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Operations, Data Center, ISP, or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, routing, switching, data center operations, and IT infra management.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, IT security, backup, disaster recovery, and risk management.
• Experience in IT operations, incident management, and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in AI implementation, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in ERP development, enterprise applications, or system integration is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred certifications: CCNP, JNCIP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM
