The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 3 years of IT infrastructure experience and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field; 3 years of relevant IT infrastructure or data center operations experience.
• Strong understanding of Data Center Operations, Network Operations Center, Operating Systems, and Virtualization.
• Proficiency in Network Performance Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, Windows Server OS, Linux OS, TCP/IP, Routing and Switching.
• Active English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Manage organization's network infrastructure, including Routing, Switching, Firewall, Load Balancer, LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks.
• Perform network analysis, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Manage vendor relationships, including service performance monitoring, escalation handling, and technical coordination.
• Configure, manage, and support network devices and security appliances to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company standards.
• Operate and manage data center activities efficiently and securely, including hardware management, physical security, and compliance with operational standards and SLAs.
