RGF HR Agent Indonesia's client, a FnB retail company, is seeking an IT Manager Infrastructure & Systems to lead IT operations and infrastructure across retail stores, including POS and CCTV systems. The role focuses on strategy, migration projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS with 5+ years in IT management within Retail/F&B/Hospitality, and hands-on experience in store IT setups and system migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with managerial role in Retail, F&B or Hospitality.
• Proven experience in IT migration and implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and store IT systems.
• Hands-on experience in new store IT setup, including POS, network, and CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's IT operations, infrastructure, and systems.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and store IT systems.
• Lead IT system migration, implementation, and improvement projects.
• Oversee IT setup and deployment for new stores, including POS systems, network infrastructure, CCTV, and related systems.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems across the organization.
• Identify and resolve IT-related issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders for IT projects and services.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the IT team to ensure effective operations and service delivery.
• Monitor IT projects, budgets, timelines, and implementation progress.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to management regarding IT systems and infrastructure.
• Other tasks as assigned.
