Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia's client, a FnB retail company, is seeking an IT Manager Infrastructure & Systems to lead IT operations and infrastructure across retail stores, including POS and CCTV systems. The role focuses on strategy, migration projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS with 5+ years in IT management within Retail/F&B/Hospitality, and hands-on experience in store IT setups and system migrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT migration and implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and store IT systems.
• Hands-on experience in new store IT setup, including POS, network, and CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT projects, budgets, timelines, and implementation progress.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to management regarding IT systems and infrastructure.

Proven experience in IT system migration and implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and store IT systems.

Hands-on experience in new store IT setup, including POS, network, and CCTV installation.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
