Job summary

Tower Bersama Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager in Jakarta to lead the IT infrastructure team and maintain a robust technology environment. You will oversee servers, networks, security systems, CCTV, and Active Directory across multiple sites, driving projects and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 5+ years in IT infrastructure or system & network administration, with strong troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support Level 2/3, or System & Network Administration
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and OS
• Hands-on IT project implementation experience
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure including Nutanix virtualization, Ruijie WiFi, Palo Alto & FortiGate security devices, CCTV systems

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure environment including servers, networks, security systems, and directory services
• Perform advanced troubleshooting (Level 2/3) across systems, networks, and applications
• Lead and coordinate the IT Infrastructure team for smooth operations and project delivery
• Collaborate with users and management to align IT solutions with business needs
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure and CCTV implementation projects including Active Directory deployments
