• Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, and data protection measures.
• Manage hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Establish IT SOPs and provide reliable technical support to operational teams.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and oversee IT equipment inventory and procurement.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to support operational growth.

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, data storage systems, and technical support for our growing technology-driven operations.

This hands‑on role involves ensuring system reliability, managing large‑volume data storage, maintaining data security and backup procedures, and supporting daily operational activities. The IT Manager will work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall site IT infrastructure, including computers, data collection devices, network/Wi‑Fi, NAS, storage systems, and supporting equipment.
• Ensure stable and reliable IT systems to support daily operational activities.
• Oversee data storage, backup, recovery, and secure data transfer procedures.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, and data protection measures.
• Manage hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Establish IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide reliable technical support to operational teams.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and oversee IT equipment inventory and procurement.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to support operational growth.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and technical management.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Wi‑Fi, storage systems, and basic power infrastructure.
• Experience with NAS and large‑volume data storage systems is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud services, data backup, cybersecurity, and secure data transfer workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and technical support capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple IT systems and support a large operational workforce.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
