You will lead a technical team, coordinate with vendors, drive infrastructure projects, and develop long-term strategies that align with budgeting, KPIs, and service level agreements to support efficient business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years in IT infra management, governance, security.
• 5+ years as IT support or similar role.
• 1+ year in IT infra pre-sales.

Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager (Infrastructure) to oversee and develop the company's IT infrastructure. This role will ensure the availability, security, and optimal performance of IT systems, networks, and cloud-based infrastructure to support efficient business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• More than 3 years of experience in company-level IT infrastructure management, governance, and security
• More than 5 years of experience as an IT support engineer or in similar roles
• More than 1 year of experience as an IT infrastructure pre-sales engineer
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
• Networking (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewall, LAN, WAN)
• Server hardware and virtual infrastructure
• Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, M365)
• Cloud-based system infrastructure
• Information security (ISO 27001, ISMS)
• IT infrastructure project management
• Knowledge of infrastructure performance tuning
• Understanding of IT management (budgeting, team KPI, SLA)
• Experience in IT infrastructure Pre-Sales (design, proposal preparation)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a technical team
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Business-level English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the optimal operation of IT infrastructure
• Oversee the performance of servers, networks, and data storage systems
• Ensure data security and protection against cyber threats
• Lead IT infrastructure implementation and enhancement projectsCoordinate with vendors regarding hardware and software procurement
• Supervise the technical team in troubleshooting and system maintenance
• Develop long-term strategies and plans for infrastructure improvements
