You will work with HR and IT to maintain efficiency, drive quality, and report performance. The role requires English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and manage large operational teams in a growing technology-driven company.

This role involves coordinating workforce schedules, managing operational resources and equipment, overseeing procurement, monitoring productivity, and ensuring smooth daily workflows. The Operations Manager will work closely with HR and IT teams to maintain operational efficiency, quality standards, and consistent implementation of SOPs.

Key responsibilities

Oversee overall site operations, workflow efficiency, and daily operational performance.

Manage and coordinate operational teams and supporting functions to achieve business objectives.

Monitor staffing, productivity, quality control, and operational KPIs.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent operational standards.

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.

Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure adequate staffing, training, equipment, and technical support.

Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.

Manage equipment inventory and maintenance.

Manage operational budget, vendors, and procurement.

Proven ability to manage workforce planning, operational workflows, productivity, and quality standards.

Strong coordination, leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in data operations, technology, or other process-driven environments is an advantage.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding business environment.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
