Job summary

PT Dom Pizza Indonesia is seeking a detail‑oriented documentation assistant to support our IT team in Central Jakarta. You will help prepare business requirement documents, assist UAT activities, and contribute to SOP documentation and admin tasks.

Ideal candidates have good written communication, are familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and are eager to learn basic IT systems and business process documentation.

Qualifications

• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of IT systems or business process documentation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in BRD (Business Requirement Document) preparation.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.
• Help create and organize SOP documentation.
• Support administrative and documentation-related tasks within the IT team.
