Code in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Technical Writer to gather and analyze information by coordinating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system functionality and documentation requirements.

You will create and organize clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation for IT products and applications, review accuracy with technical teams, and maintain docs as systems evolve. You’ll monitor progress and ensure timely completion using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Writing or IT documentation.
Experience creating documentation for IT products, applications, or systems.
Strong writing, analytical, and information-gathering skills.
Able to communicate and coordinate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy and consistency of technical documentation.
Able to translate technical concepts into clear documentation.
