Job summary
PT GRIYA MITRA PERSADA in Jakarta is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to install, configure, and maintain server and storage systems. You will work with leading brands such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, and Synology to ensure reliable performance and data protection.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT Infrastructure experience in Server and Storage administration/engineering.
- Experience handling enterprise server hardware from HPE, Dell, Lenovo, or xFusion.
- Experience handling storage systems from HPE, Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, or Synology.
- Good understanding of server hardware components (CPU, RAM, RAID controllers, HDD/SSD, NIC).
- Good understanding of storage technologies (RAID, SAN, NAS, provisioning).
- Familiar with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to different environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for server and storage systems.
- Manage and support enterprise server platforms from HPE, Dell, Lenovo, and xFusion.
- Manage and support storage solutions from HPE, Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, and Synology.
- Deploy, upgrade, firmware updates, and hardware replacements for server/storage.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and system health.
- Perform storage provisioning, RAID config, disk management, and capacity planning.
- Support server and storage virtualization environments.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure reliability.
- Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (configurations, inventory, maintenance reports).
