Job summary

PT Hindo is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security professional to manage company IT infrastructure, network, security, and Microsoft 365 environment across head office and stores. The role includes RFID implementation initiatives and IT operational support to enable business expansion.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with strong technical expertise in infrastructure and security, and capable of coordinating projects and vendors to ensure high system availability and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years hands-on IT infra, network and security experience.
• Experience across multi-site environments (head office and stores).
• RFID implementation experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments and license management.
• Manage Active Directory and user access provisioning across sites.
• Configure and secure network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs.
• Lead IT operations for new office/store openings and RFID projects.

About the role PT Hindo is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security professional to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network, security, Microsoft 365 environment, and IT operational support. This role will be responsible for ensuring system availability, network reliability, data security, and providing infrastructure support for business expansion projects, including office/store openings and RFID implementation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise in infrastructure and security, combined with project management and vendor coordination capabilities.

Key responsibilities Infrastructure & Server Management

Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers.

Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrading, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Monitor server health, storage utilization, system performance, and backup status.

Ensure infrastructure availability and system uptime to support daily business operations.

Maintain infrastructure documentation and system inventory.

Microsoft 365 Administration

Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and license management.

Manage mailbox creation, email distribution groups, security policies, and email troubleshooting.

Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance settings.

Active Directory & User Access Management

Manage Active Directory environments, including user account creation, group management, and Group Policy administration.

Handle user access provisioning, modification, and deactivation.

Manage VPN accounts and user access permissions to ensure security compliance.

Network & Security Management

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including:

Switches

Routers

Firewalls

Wireless Access Points

VPN

MPLS Connectivity

Monitor internet connectivity and network performance across head office and retail stores.

Coordinate with ISP and technology vendors regarding connectivity issues and escalations.

Implement and maintain IT security controls, network security, and access governance.

Support security incident investigation and resolution.

Project & IT Operations

Support infrastructure deployment for new office and store opening projects.

Lead or participate in RFID implementation projects from planning through go-live.

Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.

Handle IT procurement activities, including purchase requests, vendor quotation reviews, and purchase order coordination.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications: Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, and Security roles.
