Job summary

PT Hindo in Bekasi is seeking an Import Operations Specialist to lead end-to-end import activities and ensure regulatory compliance for Indonesia. You will coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and authorities to secure timely customs clearance and accurate reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience with PI applications (Garment, Steel, Wood), quota management, MOT submissions via INATRADE, and thorough scrutiny of PIB, AJU, and SPPB.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian import regulations.
• Hands-on experience with PI Garment, PI Steel and PI Wood applications.
• Strong knowledge of import quota management with Indonesian authorities.
• Expertise in MOT report submission via INATRADE and related government portals.
• Strong experience checking PIB, AJU, SPPB and customs documentation.
• Knowledge of HS Codes, customs valuation and preferential tariffs.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LS, COO/Form D/E, invoices, packing list, BL and insurance.
• Track shipment status until delivery and resolve customs issues.
• Prepare weekly, monthly shipping reports for management review
• Maintain import records and support audits.

• Manage import quotas and liaise with relevant Indonesian authorities.
• Prepare and submit MOT reports accurately and on time.
• Review and validate PIB drafts, AJU, SPPB and customs documentation.
• Monitor PI quota utilization and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate LS, COO/Form D/E, invoices, packing list, BL and insurance.
• Track shipment status until delivery and resolve customs issues.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, shipping reports for management review
