Job summary

Vidio is seeking an IT Helpdesk & Troubleshooting associate in Jakarta to serve as the first point of contact for employees’ daily tech issues, covering L1 ticketing and basic network support. You will assist the Asset Management team with data reconciliation and equipment setups for new hires, and help prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for IT.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and are eager to learn ticketing systems, Windows and macOS basics,

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk or end-user support.
• Familiar with Windows and macOS basic operations.
• Good communication and ability to explain technical terms simply.
• Detail-oriented and organized in asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Handle L1 ticketing and act as the first point of contact for employees' daily technical issues.
• Assist the Network Specialists with basic network and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting in the office area.
• Support the Asset Management team in reconciling data and physically checking IT assets (laptops, monitors, etc.).
• Assist in preparing IT equipment setups for new hires and hardware refreshment programs.
