Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is seeking an IT Business Relationship Specialist to placement in the Finance Industry. You will bridge business users and IT teams to capture, analyze, and translate needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery.

You will coordinate with business and IT stakeholders, support project implementation including UAT and testing, maintain comprehensive documentation, and monitor progress and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or IT relationship roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Familiar with process analysis, UAT, testing and project documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description:

• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to understand business needs and requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT initiatives, enhancements, and system issues.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly delivered.
• Support project implementation, including UAT, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and follow up on project progress, issues, and business requests.
• Maintain good relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, IT Business Partner, IT Business Relationship, or similar role.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Familiar with business process analysis, UAT, testing, and project documentation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to act as a bridge between business users and IT/technical teams.
• Experience in financial services/multifinance/banking is preferred.
