Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is seeking an IT Business Relationship Specialist to placement in the Finance Industry. You will bridge business users and IT teams to capture, analyze, and translate needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery.

You will coordinate with business and IT stakeholders, support project implementation including UAT and testing, maintain comprehensive documentation, and monitor progress and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or IT relationship roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Familiar with process analysis, UAT, testing and project documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams to understand needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT initiatives.
• Coordinate with business and IT to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
