Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology is seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of IT and banking domain experience to gather and analyze requirements, translate BRD into technical documents, and lead project initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, SA, QA, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience, preferably in banking.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum practices.
• Experience leading IT projects or working as a Business Analyst / Business Partner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from Business Owners and stakeholders.
• Analyse requirements to identify business needs and objectives.
• Review BRD and related documents for accuracy.
• Translate BRD into PCR, RFP, or technical docs as needed.
• Lead initiatives within the division and monitor lifecycle of projects.
• Facilitate meetings and prepare accurate minutes; capture decisions and actions.
• Coordinate with PM/Co-PM to track and report progress.
• Work with SA, QA, and vendors to address development needs.
• Ensure project documentation adheres to policies and standards.
• Translate business needs into diagrams, flows, use cases, and UI mockups.
