Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects in the finance sector, overseeing initiation, planning, execution and go-live while coordinating cross‑functional teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT project management, strong governance and SDLC experience, and proven ability to manage risks and stakeholders in banking or financial services. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience, senior level.
• Experience managing end-to-end IT projects in banking, financial services, insurance, or related industries.
• Strong experience in project governance, SDLC, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
