Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related working experience.
• Familiar with data center equipment (switches, servers) and warehouse management.
• Experience in warehouse environmental requirements and dust/moisture prevention.
• Ability to promote cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem solving.
• Led projects and managed tasks with team empowerment.
• Mandarin language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Be on duty during 5×8 working hours and respond to urgent requests or provide on-site support.
• Follow asset SOPs for access registration, and asset entry/exit registration management.
• Be familiar with asset management tools and respond to work orders per SLA, ensuring data accuracy.
• Ensure asset storage, transportation, entry/exit, and decommissioning comply with security standards.
• Maintain 100% asset location, SN, status, model, and records; perform fast data retrieval and analysis.
• Understand IDC asset lifecycle and project management processes; support risk and progress control and team empowerment.
