Job summary

Subur Fashion Center is seeking an IT Asset & Procurement Assistant to manage inventory of laptops, PCs, printers and network devices; coordinate with vendors and handle licenses and warranties.

You will prepare reports, support daily IT operations, ensure devices are available for staff, and conduct periodic stock opname. Fresh graduates with internship exposure are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in General Affairs, IT management, or IT support.
• Understanding admin processes, asset inventory, and IT purchasing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create neat administrative reports and documentation.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with IT asset management systems.
• Understanding of IT procurement, warranties, and software licenses.
• Experience coordinating with IT vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, PCs, printers, network devices and accessories)
• Record, distribute, transfer and dispose of IT assets
• Coordinate with vendors regarding procurement, repair and maintenance of IT equipment
• Manage administration of purchases, warranties and software licenses
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory and asset usage
• Support IT operational needs and ensure availability of work devices for employees
• Conduct periodic IT asset stock opname
