Job summary

PT Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to perform on-site asset audits, reconcile inventories, and maintain accurate listings for technology assets across sites outside Jakarta.

The role requires strong documentation skills, familiarity with AutoCAD/Visio, and the ability to coordinate with Central IT to update 360View and generate barcodes. Travel to multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of asset management tools and techniques and reading electrical/mechanical diagrams.
• Familiarity with Telco/Data center equipment is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication and report-writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assets Audit on site and reconcile assets per ATA with physical assets.
• Prepare asset naming conventions and footprints for empty space.
• Update asset listings and coordinate barcode generation with Central IT.
• Print barcodes and tag assets on-site.
• Input technical data into Central IT 360View listing and reconcile listings.

Job description

Knowledge of asset management tools and techniques; Electrical, Mechanical and able to read.Electrical Diagram; and having knowledge of Telco/Data center Equipments will be advantages.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and report writing experience.

Proven ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.

Proficient in drawing by using Autocad & Visio,

Proficient in working by using Microsoft Office suite especially in Excel;

Experience in Telco/Data center Operations.

Completion of formal asset management training would be an advantage, (i.e. PMP designation,

IAM Certification, OACETT certification).

Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Able to work under pressure

Willingness to have long traveling as most of the sites are outside Jakarta

Strong ability to work individually or in a team setting;

Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines;

Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time;

Duties and Responsibilities

A. Assets Audit on site

1. Reconcile assets as per Assets Transfer Agreement (“ATA”) with physical assets on site;

2. Prepare the asset naming convention including the footprints for empty space;

3. Update listing based on audit result and send across to Central IT to generate barcode;

4. Print the barcode and tag the asset.

B. Systems, Procedures and Monitoring

1. Input all technical data and information in the listing in point A above and send across to Central IT

to be uploaded in 360View;

2. Reconcile listing assets with data in 360View, the difference should be only small assets which are

not uploaded into 360View
