Job summary

Lancesoft Indonesia is seeking an IT Asset professional for our Jakarta team. The role focuses on managing IT hardware and software assets, keeping accurate registrations, and supporting procurement and vendor coordination to ensure smooth IT operations.

You will maintain asset records, monitor licenses and contracts, and assist with audits and reporting. The position requires a D3 in a related field and at least two years of IT asset experience.

Qualifications

• D3 in computer science, informatics engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT administration or IT asset management.
• Good understanding of IT assets, hardware components, and spare parts that must be registered.
• Basic knowledge of laptops, printers, switches, and standard software.
• Solid familiarity with ManageEngine Asset Management tools AssetExplorer and ServiceDesk Plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT hardware and software assets, including receiving, inspection, barcode labeling, registration, inventory control, and stock opname.
• Maintain accurate asset, software license, and contract records, and support IT equipment requests.
• Handle IT procurement administration, including purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor IT service contracts, software licenses, renewals, maintenance schedules, and service costs.
• Maintain IT documentation, prepare inventory and operational reports, and support internal audits.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, vendors, and site IT teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
