Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an IT Asset Management professional to oversee the complete asset lifecycle, ensuring accurate inventory, compliance, and efficient asset movement across locations.

The role requires 2-3 years in ITAM or IT inventory management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with vendors and multiple internal teams to optimize asset utilization.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or IT Inventory Management.
• Proven experience managing IT hardware, software licenses, and asset tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement processes, and asset auditing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with vendors and coordinating procurement activities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assets and tasks effectively.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal.
• Maintain and monitor IT asset inventory to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and asset visibility.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and stock opname activities.
• Track asset allocation, movement, and ownership across users and locations.
• Coordinate IT asset procurement processes, vendor management activities, and warranty claims.
• Maintain asset documentation, records, and reporting.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities related to IT assets.
• Monitor software licenses and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to optimize asset utilization and cost efficiency.
