Job summary

Qualifications

• Manage IT asset records, inventory databases, and related docs.
• Monitor asset allocation, handover, return, and disposal processes.

• Maintain administrative reports, spreadsheets, and IT documentation.

Job description

Manage and maintain IT asset records, inventory databases, and related documentation.

Monitor asset allocation, handover, return, and disposal processes.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding IT equipment requests and asset tracking.

Maintain and update administrative reports, spreadsheets, and IT documentation.

Support IT operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.

Assist in preparing reports, data analysis, and asset audits.

Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to manage communication, collaboration, and documentation effectively.

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience as an IT Administrator, IT Asset Administrator, IT Support Administrator, or in a similar IT administrative role is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong administrative and IT-related skills are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Experienced in using Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
