Job summary

PT. Kairos Utama Indonesia is seeking a hands-on IT support specialist to provide first-level application support for operational systems and applications, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

The role covers Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS, Pentaho, Node.js, and basic networking; you will troubleshoot, document processes, create reports, and coordinate with users and IT teams, working on-site on a roster schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Understanding of Windows Operating System.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with application installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance.
• Ability to perform initial analysis of application errors and proper escalation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level application support for operational systems and applications.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain applications.
• Monitor and perform initial analysis of application errors and incidents.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Support systems and applications related to SQL Server, Reporting Services, Pentaho, and Node.js.
• Perform basic database queries and support reporting requirements using SQL Server and SSRS.
• Support basic Windows operating system operations and troubleshooting.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi network connectivity issues.
• Assist in system testing, application updates, and implementation of new applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational reports.
• Support basic video editing using Adobe Premiere and graphic design requirements when needed.
• Coordinate with users and related IT teams to ensure effective resolution of technical issues.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new applications, technologies, and systems according to business needs.
• Work on-site with a roster schedule 70 working days (Monday–Saturday), followed by 14 days of leave and 3 days of travel time (total 17 days off). Annual leave entitlement is provided separately.
