Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia in Indonesia seeks a mid-level DevOps/IT Systems Support specialist to provide technical support for in-house and third-party systems during development, testing, and deployment.

You will collaborate with developers, maintain documentation, set up and manage dev/prod environments using low-code and cloud platforms, monitor performance, and work with QA and release processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in system support, application support, or development operations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages (Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell) and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience in technology consulting and/or IT system integration is preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
