Job summary

PT Kairos Utama Indonesia, perusahaan layanan TI terkemuka, mencari Developer Full-Stack berpengalaman untuk mengembangkan dan memelihara aplikasi berbasis .NET, bekerja sama dengan tim IT terkait. Posisi ini menuntut keterampilan teknis kuat, pemahaman SDLC, dan kemampuan berkolaborasi dalam tim untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis secara efisien.

Lokasi kerja di Jakarta Selatan secara onsite dengan kontrak kerja.

Qualifications

• Gelar minimal S1 di IT/CS/Engineering atau bidang terkait.
• 3-6 tahun pengalaman relevan sebagai Programmer/Full-Stack Developer.
• Pengalaman dalam pengembangan, pemeliharaan, dan pemecahan masalah aplikasi.
• Kemampuan pemrograman yang kuat dan pemahaman SDLC.
• Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris.

Responsibilities

• Kembangkan dan pelihara aplikasi full-stack sesuai kebutuhan bisnis/teknis.
• Develop and enhance menggunakan .NET dan teknologi terkait.
• Rancang struktur basis data dan alur kerja aplikasi.
• Kembangkan antarmuka sesuai UI/UX yang ditetapkan.
• Ikut serta dalam integrasi sistem dan pengujian aplikasi.
• Lakukan SIT dan dukung UAT.
• Optimalkan performa aplikasi dan perbaiki bug.
• Tangani pemeliharaan aplikasi dan dukungan teknis.
• Kelola kode sumber dan aktivitas pengembangan menggunakan Azure DevOps.
• Bekerja sama dengan Senior Programmer dan tim IT lainnya.
• Siapkan dokumentasi teknis dan pengembangan.
• Identifikasi peluang peningkatan fungsionalitas, performa, dan usability.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform application development and enhancement using .NET and related technologies.
• Design and develop application database structures and workflows.
• Develop application interfaces based on defined UI/UX requirements.
• Participate in system integration and application testing.
• Perform SIT and support UAT activities.
• Perform application optimization and performance improvements.
• Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and bug fixing.
• Perform application maintenance and technical support.
• Manage source code and development activities using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with Senior Programmers and other IT teams during development and implementation.
• Prepare technical and development documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, performance, and usability.
• Utilize AI Coding Assistant where appropriate to improve development productivity and code quality.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience as Programmer / Full-Stack Developer.
• Experience in application development, enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on programming skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good programming and analytical skills.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Able to understand technical and business requirements.
• Able to perform basic system and application design.
• Good understanding of database and workflow development.
• Able to perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Able to work under general supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Fast learner and willing to learn new technologies.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
