Job summary

PT Kairos Utama Indonesia mengundang Senior Programmer / Full-Stack Developer untuk bergabung dengan tim IT yang dinamis di Jakarta Selatan. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan analisis sistem, desain teknis, dan pengembangan aplikasi full-stack menggunakan .NET serta integrasi dengan Azure DevOps.

Anda akan merancang arsitektur aplikasi, membangun antarmuka responsif, mengelola database, serta melakukan troubleshooting, optimisasi, dan mentoring bagi junior developer.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang IT, Ilmu Komputer, Teknik, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 7 tahun sebagai Senior Programmer / Full-Stack Developer.
• Pengalaman pada pengembangan dan pemeliharaan aplikasi perusahaan.
• Latar belakang pemrograman dan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang kuat.
• Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim lintas fungsi.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan analisis sistem, desain teknis, dan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis kebutuhan bisnis.
• Mengembangkan dan memelihara aplikasi full-stack menggunakan .NET dan teknologi terkait.
• Merancang struktur database, alur kerja, logika bisnis, dan arsitektur aplikasi.
• Mengembangkan antarmuka yang responsif dan user-friendly berdasarkan UI/UX.
• Menjalankan integrasi aplikasi dan peningkatan kualitas.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Perform system analysis, technical design, and application development based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and related technologies.
• Design and develop database structures, workflows, business logic, and application architecture.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces based on UI/UX requirements.
• Perform application integration and enhancement.
• Conduct SIT (System Integration Testing) and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Perform application optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements.
• Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, and bug fixing.
• Perform application maintenance and provide technical support for existing systems.
• Manage application source code, version control, and deployment activities using Azure DevOps.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, system documentation, and development-related documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Programmer / Junior Developer team members.
• Lead development activities and coordinate technical tasks within the team.
• Work with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned applications and deliverables.
• Explore and utilize AI Coding Assistant to improve development productivity and code quality.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

General Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience as Senior Programmer / Full-Stack Developer.
• Proven experience in enterprise application development and maintenance.
• Strong programming and software development background.
• Willing to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
